Alarming Body Signs and Pain That You Shouldn’t Ignore for Your Health

The alarming body signs and pain mentioned herein can be served as measurements or indicators of the body’s health conditions. In fact, most of the diseases don’t develop on the daily basis, but their onset is normally accompanied by certain body signs and pain. By constantly monitoring these body signs and pain you can help detect the possibility of getting particular diseases. Specifically, they’re good health indicators that prompt you to seek for immediate medical attention, which of course, can help ensure a better cure of disease at its early stage before it proceeds to a chronic stage. So, you shouldn’t disregard the body signs and pain for the sake of your health.

This is a continual piece of my previous articles entitled 26 signs of illnesses you must watch out for and the signals of five sense organs.

HANDS AND FINGERS

Curled fingers-may be a sign of either a connective tissue disorder or Dupytren’s disease (a condition when the fingers bend towards the palm and can’t be fully straightened).

Clubbed fingers- may be a sign of heart disease, ulcerative colitis, lung cancer, liver disease, Crohn’s disease or hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid).

Fingertip is rougher than the knuckle- may be a sign that you’re suffering from a serious form of lung disease.

Red palms-may be a sign of vitamin B deficiency, liver disorder (due to hormonal imbalance) or other underlying severe disorders.

Palm gets wet-when you feel over-excited or over-tension/tension, your palms get wet on the cause of a sudden sweating. Be careful that this may be a sign related to an abnormal thyroid.

Shaking/trembling hands- may be a sign of Parkinson’s disease or hyperthyroidism.

EYES

Bulging eyes-may be a sign of hyperthyroidism. If you observe that your eyes begin to bulge, you might have infected with Graves disease, a condition in which thyroid hormone rises to a substantially dangerous level.

Pale eyelids-may be a sign of iron deficiency or anemia.

Watery eyes-may be a sign of vitamin B2 deficiency.

Chronic bloodshot eyes- may be a sign of an ocular rosacea (an inflammatory eye condition), which if left ignored may lead to an impaired vision.

Blurred gray ring around the cornea-this condition says that you may have a problem with your heart. (Note: For male aged 30-50 years or female aged 35 and above, please see a doctor immediately).

Bags under the eyes- may be a sign of dehydration.

Dark circles around the eyes-may show you that you’ve been doing too much sunbathing.

Sudden change of pupil’s size-may be a sign of brain tumor, encephalitis (acute inflammation of the brain), aneurysm (a bulge in a blood vessel caused by a weakness in the blood vessel wall), cerebral hemorrhage (a condition shown by the rupture of a blood vessel in the brain and the subsequent bleeding into the tissues of the brain), or meningitis (an inflammation of the membranes that cover both spinal cord and the brain), and this condition shouldn’t be left untreated as it’s a life-threatening disease.
