It is important to maintain a proper wait in order to reduce the joint pain. Modifications in our lifestyle and day to day activities also help. Physiotherapy, yoga, light massage and swimming too help to keep the joints moving well and the muscles in good condition.
In case the medicines do not affect joint replacement surgery is recommended depending on the specific requirements of the patient. The advancement in medical technology now helps patients to recover from the surgery more quickly and efficiently. With the improved modern surgical procedure, patients are able to enjoy life like they did before arthritis.

I have actually never known anyone who actually recovered from arthritis, but there is a lot that can be done, to ease pain and swelling and keeping active is one of those things that really help.

very good article. I wish you had described what kind of pain you get, throbbing pain like a tooth ache or stabbing pain ect although it probably depends on the type of arthritis.

You have described the condition well. I have had it for more than twenty years and have had some joint replacements but there are now some good herbal remedies which can help the condition if taken regularly. Good work.
