Asthma/ Arthritis/high Blood Pressure

Thousands of people live with these conditions, the key is learning to deal with them, find natural remedies, consulting with your doctor, exercising, eating healthy, keeping a positive attitude about it, the mind controls all, and also remembering to pray, it’s in God’s hands…. (:

I have found that staying active helps alot with any illness, as active as you can be. Such as walking for example, it improves mood, reduces stress, helping you feel less anxious or sad. Just to name a few. It also helps your eyes wards off glaucome. Chest lowers blood pressure, makes the heart pump faster which speed blood flow and relaxes arteries so that blood pressure decreases and so does the risk of heart attack or stroke.

Asthma: goals and medicines, controlling your asthma can result in fewer symptoms and attacks, less need for quick-relief medicines, and being able to participate in normal activities with fewer symptoms. Generally it includes the 1st four steps: Setting goals with your doctor, avoid the things that trigger or worsen your symptoms within minutes, Utilizing asthma medicines effectively. Track your symptoms, so that as they increase you can act to prevent or stop an attack.

High blood pressure: get your blood pressure checked regularly, take your medicine, if your not on one, talk with your doctor to see what works for you, do not use salt, use Misses dash instead, exercise, eat healthy, get plenty of rest when possible, if your pressure is high sit down, when you get up do it slowly. Remember high blood pressure is the silent killer.

Best regards… (:
