C.a.d. Coronary Artery Disease
All this takeout and fast food is killing us.
A vast majority of the world is health conscious and a large percentage is walking around unconscious. Just because something looks good doesn’t mean that it’s good for us.
This is just an example of what we digest on a daily basis. With so many people always in a rush, takeout and fast food places has become our daily way of eating. Food such as this delicious hamburger is loaded with saturated fat. Too much saturated fat can lead to clogged arteries. Your overall fat intake should be less than 30 to 20 percent, and 7 percent if you are already suffering from CAD (Coronary Artery Disease). Your body uses saturated fat to make cholesterol, but anyonewho already has clogged arteries should only ingest 200 milligrams of cholesterol per day.
What are some of the warning signes that your arteries may be blocked:
Hands, arms and legs feel cold
Achy legs on short walks
Exertion or getting breathless
Problems remembering things
Lack of energy
When one or more arteries are blocked you may experience pain and discomfort in the chest. Symptoms can last between 3 to 5 minutes, it symptoms persist the heart muscles will be starved of oxygen, this could lead to a heart attack.

The risk factors that can contribute to CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) are:
High Blood Pressure
Smoking
High Cholesterol Levels
Lack of Proper Exercise
Body Weight
Diabetes
Stress
Poor Diet
God says that our body is a temple, so let’s treat it that way.
