Cashew Nuts for Cardiac Health
Cashew nuts are good for heart health. Eating cashews promotes heart health and both raw cashews and cooked cashews give a number of health benefits for people of all ages.
Many heart problems, such as congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathy affect a large number of people every year in different countries around the world.

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in several countries. Heart disease can affect the heart in many different ways. Some forms of heart disease affect the lining of the heart, while other forms of heart disease may affect the heart valves or the heart muscle.
Cashew nuts contain the element magnesium, which helps to promote heart health. Cashew nuts also contain monounsaturated fats, and copper, which also help to prevent different forms of heart disease.

The copper present in cashew nuts is important for the proper development of the heart. Copper is also important in the formation of red blood cells.
Magnesium helps the heart maintain a regular rhythm. Magnesium can be given intravenously and is sometimes given to persons who are in hospital because their heartbeat is irregular. Persons who eat foods, such as cashew nuts, that are rich in magnesium, have a lower incidence of heart disease and help to keep their heart healthy.

Persons who have a diet that is low in magnesium are at higher risk for developing an irregular heartbeat and conditions such as angina.
The magnesium that is present in cashew nuts also helps to prevent high blood pressure. Magnesium has this effect because its presence balances the levels of sodium and potassium in the blood.

Thanks for reminding about this. I prefer nuts that are not heated, so that the good oils are in the most healthy form. Every cell in our body needs good fats so that the membrane works well and lets in the nutrition and gets rid of waist..

Chewing on cashew nits is good while in front of the television, so they may help compensate a bit for the lessened physical activities of a couch potato, although it’s still best to exercise, in my opinion.

I’d be very careful with raw cashews. I had a bad reaction to eating just a bit. Yet, I can eat tons of cooked ones with no problems.

Cashews are indeed amazing.I recently found out myself. They have more C vitamins than lemon or oranges…its so much use to them…but ,people underestimate their importance for nutrition value, since they are so small…They are so wrong…
Great share!
