Castor Oil Lymph: Using Castor Oil to Treat Lymphatic Disorders
Castor oil is obtained from the seeds of the castor plant, which is native to India. India is the world’s largest producer of castor oil.
To treat problems associated with a poorly functioning lymphatic system, castor oil is applied to the skin, such as the skin of the abdomen or the feet. Some persons take castor oil orally but this is the least recommended method, since castor oil can cause severe diarrhea.
Castor oil packs, and massage, are used to apply castor oil. When castor oil is massaged into the skin, it should be done in the direction of flow of the lymphatic system.

AIDs patients have been able to increase their T-cell counts by using castor oil. T helper cells are a type of white blood cells. They are attacked by HIV.
Castor oil absorbed through the skin has been shown to increase the number of white blood cells present in the body.

Castor oil has also been shown to decrease the size of swollen lymph nodes and improve lymphatic drainage.

This is also a powerful oil. Some quack doctors use castor oil too in treating their patients. Some use it also for food poisoning. A person will take orally the oil and for a few minutes he will start vomitting.

I had no idea that castor oil could help with lymphatic disorders. I had to drink it when I was a kid. It was so nasty. It is good to know that it is beneficial especially without drinking it.
