Chicken Pox
This essay is about chicken pox.
The essay was about chicken pox, a disease that needs attention of the general public. This disease is caused by the varicella zoster which is related to the herpes virus. Which causes red, itchy, blister-like lesions on the skin. A few days before these lesions form on the skin other symptoms occur which include a fever, headache, stomach ache, and a loss of appetite. Once someone has been infected with chicken pox other people around them are very likely to get it too.
The reason for this is because it is contracted though the air by coughing and sneezing and can also be contracted by coming in contact with the lesions. Ways to help treat chicken pox include oatmeal baths and lotion. The chicken pox vaccine is given to most kids when they are little which is used to help avoid this disease when they get older. Although sometimes the vaccine does not actually avoid the disease if the child does get chicken pox it is usually in a much milder case.
