Chronicle About Human Flu in the World

On  Thursday April 23, all the Mexican people were alarmed because of an outbreak of a new virus, first it was said that was a simple outbreak of flu but in the other day Friday 24, it was confirmed that was a new virus that had a mutation in his genetic material it has come from animals in this case pigs, this caused panic in all the people and the government decide to close temporarily all the schools since kindergarten to   high school and college so many students would be waiting for news to return to their activities on may 6th.

After days of the declaration of an outbreak other measures were taken like the close of public places like theaters, movies ,stadiums and restaurants, also were closed all the churches and masses would be by television or radio.

All this settings were affected in their economy.

There are many stories that tell us how this outbreak began here in Mexico and now is affecting to many countries because after our country ,the most harmed is United States and  Canada an in fourth place Spain, well it is said that the first case of flu was in Perote, Veracruz in Mexico ,it was a five years old boy who presented it  but he was assisted by medics who determined that was a simple cold so her mother didn’t know what really kind of disease they were fighting, She know of the new virus after a month that his son was sick. Others said that the virus was brought by a Canadian who came to Mexico already with the symptoms and when he got back to his country he thought he caught the virus in Mexico so Canada warned Mexico about the new virus.

The composition of the virus includes bird and swine virus and also human so experts said that its OK to eat swine meat but in the last days one hundred pigs were found infected in Alberta., Canada it is unknown the cause because they weren’t infected until a farmer were in contact with them so we don’t know if the virus can be transmitted from humans to animals.

It was called swine flu but after a decision of the World Health Organization his new name was human flu a h1n1 because the name swine flu was harming the image of the pigs and all businesses  that are related with them like swine farms and butcher’s

Now the cases of these new kind of flu are affecting all the world ,first Mexico with an estimation of 1000 cases or more then United States ,Canada , Spain ,England  ,New Zeeland ,Israel ,Switzerland ,Dinamarca ,Holland ,Costa Rica and Colombia.

It can’t be denied we are in a global problem and until the vaccine is found we will follow receiving news of more cases of infected people around the world.

In Mexico the government says that this problem has been stabilized  but yet are dudes about these because on may 7th  students from  high school and colleges will return an kindergarten, elementary school and  low high school will be back but these can finish in more people infected.

Now talking about discrimination to Mexican people we can understand the fair and panic put there are exaggerated measures like China that in an arrival of a Mexican flight put to all passenger in quarantine and closed them in hotels with no attention neither cleanness so in this point we can say that no all Mexicans are infected because we have followed all orders and these kinds of methods harm our image so after have panic first you must verify if someone is infected.
