Dark Circles
As the word suggests, it is the inability to see clearly in the night or in the dark. This condition may be brought on by hereditary factors, fatigue or emotional disturbances. One of the major causes of night blindness could be a deficiency of vitamin A.

Adequate intake of vitamin A will cure this disorder as many carrots as you can adding dark circles. Most of you with dark circles under eyes tend to use makeup or a cover cream to camouflage this condition. It is advisable that you get at the root cause of the problem, rather than seeking a quick, temporary solution.
- A concealed can be used to camouflage the dark circles under eyes. Apply sparingly using a small flat brush for a fine trace of color.
- Change your diet and catch up with your eight hours of sleep.
- Cut out two slices of apple and keep them on your closed eyelids. Lie down and relax for 10 minutes.
- Dip cotton wool into freshly extracted mint juice. Flatten cotton wool and place on eyelids. Lie down and relax preferably in a darkened room. Dark circles will gradually fade away.
- Saturate pieces of cotton wool into cucumber juice to which a few drops of lemon juice has been added. Keep flattened pads on eyelids.
- Apply half a teaspoon of almond oil combined with quarter teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Cut out wafer-thin slices of potato and keep it on your eyes until the color of the potato changes.

Question one : if the wafer is on your eyes, how do you know if it has changed color?
