Does Popping My Knuckles Cause Arthritis?
Short summary of the common urban myth.
Indeed, some people are led to believe that popping your knuckles is a causer of arthritis. This myth is actually not true. Although gas bubbles are formed, and a sealant of joints is possibly diminished over time from popping your knuckles, arthritis is not a guarantee if your a popper. This does not mean that popping your knuckles is completely harmless though. Repeatedly popping your knuckles can lead to a decreased grip. But to conclude this article, i say this, popping your knuckles is NOT scientifically proven to lead to arthritis……just don’t let it get out of hand where you have to pop every few minutes!
