Early Morning Exercise

Physical exercise is an essential part in any weight loss and health program and should become our daily habit.

In today’s society we are mentally and physically pressured, we have to study and work for hours and sometimes even lose a few nights of good sleep. The best and natural way to relieve ourselves from this daily stress is to do some physical exercises every morning, after we wake up.

Engaging ourselves in physical exercises, we improve our life style. Before we gain the full benefits of physical exercises, we must first commit ourselves to it with dedication and patience, especially in the beginning. The most important thing to do is gain the habit of exercising, which requires a lot of will power.

The best time of the day to exercise our bodies is early in the morning because our metabolism is at it’s best at that time and so, we can burn more calories then in any other time.

After hours of sleep, when our bodies are profoundly relaxed, the muscles and body in general need an extra dose of energy to stand up and exercise, and that is why the metabolism is at it’s best in the morning. During exercises, our bodies release adrenalin, which relaxes our bodies when we are done, making us more relaxed and with more disposition to face our daily life’s with ease.

An important thing to do before we start exercising is to warm up, especially if we exercise in the morning, because of the long time that our bodies were relaxed while sleeping. If we forget this important fact, then we are more prone to cause discomfort and even injuries.

Each part of our bodies benefit from exercises. The brain provides a feeling of well being, improves confidence and reduces depression and anxiety. Exercises reduce the occurrence of the common cold.

Exercises improve the capacity of our lungs, improving the oxygen income capacity. Improves our heath’s performance and reduces the risks of heath diseases.

Exercises works against obesity, facilitating the loss of weight.

These are just a few of the many benefits of physical exercises. It is a very important activity and everybody should engage in it, kids, teenagers, adults, especially old people. Start today with a few minor exercises and increase the dose as time goes by and you will have a healthier and longer life in no time at all.
