By starches I am talking about bread, rice, pasta and potatoes, these items when they start to break down in our system turns to sugar, so with a diet of coffee with sugar and a muffin for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, and a medium size portion of pasta for dinner; your body has a lot of sugar to work with. Alcohol, another big problem since many people don’t realize the amount of sugar in even just one drink. A diabetic such avoid alcohol at all cost, since it is not only sugar, but affect the metabolize and stays in the kidneys and liver. As with any illness or ailment the best thing is to drink plenty of water, since pure fresh water flushes the kidneys and liver of toxic that are left behind due to excess abuse of sugar.
  • Blood Pressure is a bit more difficult to handle, but we can do our best to eat properly to control this situation. Exercise and drinking plenty of water is very helpful in since it again flushes out toxins and excess salts that our body accumulates. Avoiding high fatty foods and greasy fries, is definitely another way to avoid high blood pressure since cholesterol play a HUGE part in your blood pressure. How hard your heart has to work because the sticky substance called plaque clogs the arteries increases your chances of heart disease. These are just a few ways to gain control of your blood pressure in addition to you avoiding; getting upset, and consuming salt and (Monosodium Glutamate) MSG.
  • Colon cancer is one of those cancers that does depend on your diet, by having a high fiber diet, it helps to keep waste from building up in your intestines and colon, so a high fiber diet of fruit and vegetable and a lot of water, helps keep the “plumbing” clean.
