Do you have problems with hard feces/stool? Are you also annoyed with constipation and irritable bowel movement problems? Well, here are some effective home remedies for the treatment of hard feces/stool and constipation as well.
This is a continual piece of my feces article series: Are your feces healthy?, Are your feces healthy?2, Your child’s feces: healthy or unhealthy, Is your feces/stool normal?, What your feces tell about your health, what your feces tell about your health (part 2) , what causes blood (or bright red blood) in your feces? and How does a bowel movement affect your feces/stool and health?.
Many people are experiencing constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and annoying hard feces/stool problems for days, and some even for years. This can make one’s life become listless and painful. Constipation as you know is an irritable condition that is usually linked to a poor gastrointestinal condition in which your feces/stool becomes hard and difficult, even painful to eliminate out of your rectum. Of course, in some case, hard feces/stool and infrequent bowel movements can cause a cut in the rectum and anus (rectal opening) causing pain, bleeding, hemorrhoids and bloody feces.
Dehydration, low fiber intake, increased stress, inadequate sleep and also lack of exercise can be the primary causes that all lead to constipation and annoying bowel movements. Even though constipation is a temporary health consequence, it can be worsened if left without being treated as it will progress to a chronic type of bowel problem. The change of diet, exercise, and lifestyle can assist in putting your constipation at bay.
Do you have problems with hard feces/stool? Are you also annoyed with constipation and irritable bowel movement problems? Well, here are some effective home remedies for the treatment of hard feces/stool and constipation as well.
[Warning: those with goiter, gastric, leukemia, stomach ulcer/cancer, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, swelling and internal bleeding at any part of a body, other chronic types of diseases or those who have just performed certain surgical procedures are strictly prohibited to use these remedies. You did some excellent research about this. I was surprised that grapes and canteloupe could help relieve constipation. I also did not know that you could put honey in milk too. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
