Exercises for Growing Taller Part Three

This is the third and final of the three- part guide for growing taller.

Head to Knee. First thing to do is sit on the floor with your legs fully extended in front of you. Bend one leg by pulling your heel as close to your body as possible. Then try to reach your knee with the use of your head. Remain in this position for about 30 seconds then do it to the other leg.

Double Forward Bend. This is just the same with the Head to Knee, the only difference is that both of your legs are in front of you while you are reaching your knees with your head. Do this for 30 counts.

Backward Bend. This is very simple. All you have to do is lie down flat on your back. Then try to reach your head using your knees with your back still on the ground.

The Cobra. You will start by lying down on the floor with your stomach. You must make sure that your legs are together. Your arms should be close to your sides and your hands by your chest. Slowly arch your back sot hat your head and chest are raised as high they will go. Remain on this position for about 30 seconds.
