Almoranas – Many people experience almoranas. People with almoranas are too shy to tell their friends and even to shy and afraid to consult a doctor.

Almoranas is tagalog term for Hemorrhoids. Almoranas ( Hemorrhoid) are very common specialy with women who just had birth. Almoranas (Hemorrhoid) is a swollen Vein. Almoranas can cure itself but some requires medicalloperation due to huge swollen that need to a surgical operations.

Two types of Hemorrhoids

Internal Hemorrhoids- Red Blood appears on the stool

External Hemorrhoids – Veinds bleed easily that cause itching and swelling in the anal area. Pain is severe if the blood clots form.

Warm water for 15 to 30 minutes everyday to reduce swollen veins.

Consult medical specialist – will prescribe proper medication to insert in the anal area such as suppository

Eat plenty of high fiber food such as vegetables, fruits to prevent from constipation.

Rubber Band Ligation – This procedure involves placing a small rubber band at the base of the internal hemorrhoid. The band cuts off blood supply to the hemorrhoid, causing it to shrivel up and fall off in about four to seven days.

Injection Sclerotherapy – This procedure involves is very effective by injecting a chemical solution into the anal – mucous membrane near the hemorrhoid. This chemical causes inflammation and closure of the veins, thereby shrinking the hemorrhoid.
