Some home remedies for Obesity or reducing fat.
- - High Cholesterol

- Take a glass of lukewarm water. Add one teaspoon of Honey and half teaspoon of Lemon juice. Take this mixture early in the morning regularly before breakfast.
- Take two ripe Tomatoes daily as a substitute of breakfast. It is a safe method to reduce weight.
- Drink 8–10 glass of water. It helps cutting down toxins from your body and reduces fat.
- Eating Cabbage salad in substitute of a meal is the simplest way to reduce fat from your body.
- Mint is very useful to reduce weight. You can take it as salad mixed with some vegetables.
- Green Tea is another useful home remedy for reducing fat. Replace your morning cup of coffee with Green Tea.
- Cut Ginger and Lemon in slices and boil them in a pot of water. Drink it when cooled. This will control overeating and helps to reduce fat.
- Eating 10-12 curry leaves early in the morning is the best way to reduce fat.
- Try to avoid Chocolates, Ice cream, Butter, Sweets, high calorie foods, Potatoes and fried foods.
- Do some exercise or Aerobics for 30 minutes daily.
- Try to include fresh fruits salads and vegetables salad in your diet.
