How to Control Diabetes Without Medicine

Diabetes is characterized by a high level of sugar in urine as well as blood. It results due to lack of insulin produce by the pancreas. Nowadays we find more and more people suffering from diabetes compared to past. The number is increasing rapidly. We find people suffering from these problem belong to all age groups but the most common suffers are generally obese people who are in the middle or older age. In order to test blood sugar level in the body, fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose level are tested two hours after the meal.
There are 3 types of diabetes Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes and Gestational diabetes.
In Type 1 diabetes the body stops producing insulin to control the level of blood glucose, so the patient depends on insulin. It usually starts at a very young age.
In Type 2 diabetes, the body is unable to use insulin secreted by the pancreas. Here the patient does not have to depend on insulin. It happens to people who are 40+. It can be controlled by proper diet, exercise and weight loss.
Gestational diabetes occurs to women who are four to five month pregnant and disappears after the delivery. But such women are more at risk of having type 2 diabetes in the later stage of life.
Diabetes can be caused due to various reasons like genetic factors, obesity, too much stress, lack of physical activity, deficiency of nutrition’s, high intake of carbohydrate diet.
The early symptoms of diabetes are frequent urination, thirst and hunger, blurred vision, weight loss, headache, dry and itchy skin, take time to heal wounds and fatigue.
Use this home remedies to control blood sugar level in the body.
Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, mash the seed or grind it into a fine paste and drink it regularly for at least 2 months.
½ cup juice of bitter melon taken every day in the morning also helps to control blood sugar.
Make a drink of equal quantity of gooseberry powder and turmeric powder mix in water and take it early in the morning.
Regular intake of grape fruit juice also helps in curing diabetes.
Three to four leaves of mango tree boiled in the morning and taken empty stomach also helps to cure diabetes.
Take 1 litre of water, add 3 tablespoon of cinnamon and boil it on a low flame for 20 minutes and then strain the mixture. This is very effective remedy as cinnamon contains a chemical that helps to control blood sugar normally.
A tablespoon juice of goose berry mixed with a cup of fresh bitter gourd juice taken daily for 2 months will enable the pancreas to secret insulin.
Onion and garlic extracts were found to reduce blood sugar levels as they have significant blood sugar lowering action.
Make a chapatti of gram flour and barley flour it is also beneficial a sit is a great supplementation of cereals.
Diabetic patient should have soybean in their diet as it contains protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A and fibre and is considered to be the best diet for diabetes. They should follow a strict diet of low fat, low calorie and alkaline diet of high quality.
Control stress as it can damage hormones racing through your system. Have regular exercise like having an one hour walk early in the morning or doing yoga asana like shashankasana helps to normalize body weight and correct insulin resistance.

Good info–natural is always better than man made when it works. I know that the onion and garlic works–sometimes uncomfortably but they work, sasafras tea also helps.
