How to Deal with Obese Children

The fact that every fifth child is overweight problem is a plain truth and unfortunately, even this figure is not final, since the number of obese children continues to grow each year.

It’s kind of vicious circle that the parents eat poorly, get used to their children and obese children become obese adults, then you and then forward the baton to yet another generation. Excess weight is largely genetically determined, but education and poor family stereotypes. Hereditary metabolic disorder caused by obesity, suffering only a tiny percentage of the population.

Do not forget to move:

According to recent surveys babies of recent era are moving much less than their counterparts thirty years ago.  As the child grows and understands the world around them more closely, as it moves along the lines of parents to the TV to the computer and then between these two media they  spends all their free time, instead of playing catch-up to discharge, rode a bike or in line skating. 

1) Bring your child’s to obesity clinic. In clinic, Child’s are professionally investigate and recommend ways how to beat obesity

2) Bring lifestyle changes among the whole family – even grandmas and grandpas.

3) Be a child model

4) Motivate your child – but never with food and sweets

5) Aware your child about the dangers of cold drinks and fast foods.

6) Do not be turned on television as background music, but deliberately choose programs that interest you and are beneficial to you.

7) Time Limit your child at the computer to the minimum.

8) Try to do at least breakfast and dinner the whole family together

9) Plan your weekends and holidays with a great spirit.

10) Only bring healthy foods at home and avoid fast foods.
