How to Get More Energy
A few ways for people to learn how to get more energy.
Everyone has felt lethargic before, or just plain old tired. There are a few things that you can do to get more energy for yourself.
1) Sleep more
Obviously, the more rest you get, the more energy you have and the better you’ll feel. Go to bed an hour early instead of watching TV, and maybe sleep in an extra five minutes.
2) Exercise
Do some light aerobics in the morning in order to get yourself awake and alert. A warmup early in the day will take away a few aches and pains that you might get later on in the day.

3) Eat
Skipping meals, even if you’re late for work, will make you irritable and grumpy. Eat something in the morning, even if you have to do it in the car. Try to eat a square meal for lunch and dinner too.
4) Stay away from processed foods
Eat organic whenever you can. These foods will boost your energy levels and you’re eating healthy! Processed foods have a negative impact on your health, and eating good, chemical free food will help you feel better.
