Step 1:

Soak the wart in lukewarm salt water for 10-15 minutes so that the skin moistens. Scratch the dead skin layers out of the wart with caution. You can do this with a nail filer, pumice stone, mild sandpaper or with an edge of the butter knife. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after scratching the dead skin as warts tend to spread fast. Take some rough sea salt. Moisten the wart and salt slightly. Bandage the wart so that the salt remains in place. Replace it after every shower or when it falls off. Observe it for 15-20 days. This is an effective remedy for warts.

Step 2:

Salicylic acid is another cure for warts. The best two salicylic products for warts are Compound W and Ocusal. Soak the affected area of the skin in water for few minutes. Apply the acid using the brush and let it dry. Leave it for a whole day. Peel or scrape it off and then scratch the dead skin. Practice it for about every 2-3 days for quick and effective results.

Step 3:

Apply duct tape strips to wart for a day and then peel it off. Practice this as much as possible for quick results.

Step 4:

Burn off the wart but this process needs a lot of caution. Light a matchstick and then blow it out. Touch the head of the matchstick to the wart while it is still hot. This is a good healing act.

Step 5:

Massage the wart with a banana peel every day. It may require a long time but it is a safe and cheap treatment to get rid of warts.
