Try to keep a normal bed time which would ensure that you get between 6-8 hours of sleep. If your partner snores, try wearing ear plugs. Also, if you have insomnia, try changing your pillow from hard to soft or soft to hard.
Limit or stop your caffeine intake after 3:00 p.m., and remember that some foods contain caffeine. Before going to bed, try reading a book. TV lights have been known to stimulate the brain and wake people up.
