So the ways that you need to do is:
1. Reduce Your Eating Behavior
For some people, specially who have a obesity.This like a hell to control their behavior to always eat when their stomach get hungry.
So anytime they feel hungry, no matter where they are.They will look for something to be ate no matter what food they can get.As long as it can be eatand reduce the hungry, they will eat it with pleasure.
So all they need to do is, change their daily food to a food that can stay long enough in their stomach.The food that didn’t contain too much fats, but give much energy for them.

This way won’t torture You again cause You already solve Your main problems.What You gonna do won’t get as hard as before.
