Tips.
Tips to maintain a good health:-
1.Drink plenty of water.
2.Eat vegetables and fruits daily.
3.Go for a 30-40 minutes exercise daily.
4.Avoid alcohol and drugs.
5.Avoid junk food and oily food.
6.Try to do yoga or meditation in the early morning.
7.Don’t stress your mind or avoid any king of tension.
8.Take 8-10 hours sleep daily.
9.Don’t drink water before or after meal,drink water after some time.
10.Try to drink warm water 2-3 times in a day.
11.Avoid coffee or tea as much as possible.
12.Avoid any king of sweets because these contains high cholesterol and harmful to the diabities patients.
