The characteristics symptoms of gastritis are a burning sensation at the top of the stomach that can travel up into the chest, causing heartburn, nausea, and flatulence. In its acute form, it is usually due to a sudden inflammation of the stomach lining. It often stems from an infection in the gut caused by the bacterium H. pylori, which can also cause gastric ulcers. Chronic gastritis is common among the elderly and may be linked to non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs for arthritis. Other cause include excess alcohol, rich or spicy food eaten late at night, stress, or too many aspirin. About 1 in every 20 sufferers experience considerable damage to the lining of the stomach, which may result in gastric ulcers
Many experts recommend an initial diet of water (to remove toxins from body), banana for energy and potassium, plain boiled white rice for low fiber carbohydrate, apples for their cloning action, and dry toast to provide land bulk. All other foods should be avoided for the first 48 hours. Thereafter, chamomile tee may help to soothe the stomach and to relieve some of the symptoms.

- Organs failure such as kidney, septicemia infection, and other chronic disease that can cause stress ulcer
- Eating habit-not follow the time
- Stress lifestyle
- Chemicals such as Non-Steroid Anti Inflammatory Drug
Symptoms of Gastritis
- Some patients facing pain symptoms during hungry and the have to consume more frequent in order to remove the pain
- Frequently having headache on the right side of head especially during empty stomach
- Headache followed by nausea and lost appetite. Sometimes nausea and lost appetite occur without headache
- Stomach pain
- Wind blow out from certain part of body when massaged
- In serious cases, there are bleeding in the shit, indicates that stomach contains ulcer
Alternative way to remove gastritis
- Be punctual and must be very strict with the eating time. For example, time to take a lunch is on 1pm, plus minus 15 minutes
- After taking a meal, drink warm water, avoid cold water
- Avoid junk food such as pickles and instant noodles
- Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee, lime, or lemon
- If gastritis is serious, avoid foods that contains yeast elements such as donuts, pizza, and bread
- Avoid over eating
- Minimize the amount of red meat and chicken
- Minimize the consumption of potato, legume, nodules, jack fruit and other food that can cause bloating in the stomach
- Take full cream dairy milk 4 times daily, early morning 30 minutes before, after breakfast, after refreshment, after lunch, and before you go to sleep. Beware -avoid drink dairy product together with fish-because it s harmful.

sir thank you for ur good advise.i m so suffer of gastric.many time i went to the doctor n take treatment from honorable doctor.last time he suggested me to endoscopy,i also take that and after all he gave me some medicine n advise.i want to maintain that but still now i don not remove from gastric.if you have some advise please give me my mail id is tanvir_hasan001@yahoo.com.take care
