Listen to Your Spots
What your outbreak might be trying to tell you.
Spots can be an inconvenience. Sometimes it may seem like they appear just to spite you: on the morning of a big party, hot date or even your wedding. They might be trying to tell you something though.
Between the Eyebrows
This probably means you have been partying too hard. Oily skin between the eyebrows, or redness, is usually down to liver imbalance. So, if you have been partying too hard, it is time for a detox.
Cut down on alcohol, dairy produce and fatty meats; up your excercise quota and eat lots more fruit and vegetables. Also, chew very slowly as eating too quickly can also contribute to spots in this area.
Cheeks
This could mean that you have a lung or bronchial imbalance. Smokers often suffer from this because their clogged up, but it can also be caused by eating too many dairy products.
Reduce the amount of dairy products you consume, and eat plenty of hard, green vegetables like broccoli or kale, and get plenty of exercise.
Around the Mouth
This probably means that you are premenstrual (if you are a woman, obviously) You get spots here when your reproductive organs are clogged up.
The best thing to do is dance. Really, you need to get the circulation going, especially around the abdomen area. Also, make sure you get plenty of rest and don’t overdo the dairy products.
Below the Eyes
Spots in this area usually realte to your kidneys so they mean you are either tired, or are overdoing it on the coffee and salt.
The answer is to make sure you get plenty of rest. Try to get in a few early nights and just take care of yourself.
