You should also limit eating foods like cheddar cheese, cookies, chips, cream, sausages, whole milk, pies, cakes, fried chicken, nuts, sausages or bacons have a high content of salt and other spices and fat. However, the alternatives for those foods are boiled foods, fruits and vegetables, fish, mean minced lean, semi-skimmed milk and others. They are the natural foods which reduces the risk of hypertension or high blood pressure.

Ginger is a very effective spice to the people who have a high blood pressure. It is a very effective alternative food and at the same time adding flavor and aroma to the dishes. It has chemical properties that reduce fat and salt in the body. It is better to eat fresh and raw ginger than treating or boiling them because boiling them will lose about 70% of its content. It is as effective as garlic in terms of blood pressure treatment and prevention. It is very natural and healthy spices to add into your dishes.

Garlic is one of the proven most effective natural herbs that reduces hypertension or high blood pressure. Eating garlic also makes general body functions healthy especially the heart.
