My Life with Insomnia

Yes I have insomnia and it sucks. Here is some advice.

I sympathize with any person with Insomnia.  I know from personal experience that it really can be absolutely terrible.  It makes everything extremely difficult.  When i am tired at work after a bad night then i get behind on my work and have to do it late at night.  Its like a continuous cycle.  I have one tip i bet you have heard before, but i works a lot for me.  

When you are trying to go to sleep, do something that you really like and enjoy.  It could be playing video games, writing about random stuff or daily life, or watching a movie.  After the end of and enjoyable movie i can usually fall asleep.  I know this sounds strange since it is such a violent move, but i have watched saving private ryan 3 times over the past month and it has got me sleeping immediately.  Just find what it is that you find really enjoyable and relaxing.  

I am truly sorry for those of you that this didn’t work for.  I know what its like and it sucks.
