These foods are cucumber, oatmeal, tomatoes, and lettuce. I like watermelon so I will eat the watermelon. Now I have another excuse to eat it.
This is beneficial if you have a hangover. Eating foods rich in potassium will ease your hangover. A baked potato has the most potassium. It even has more than bananas. I eat baked potatoes once in a while, but I don’t suffer from hangovers. If you suffer from them, this tip may help you.

Almonds contain magnesium, which help relax the blood vessels. Almonds would be really helpful for migraine sufferers. Eating a handful of almonds is good for relieving migraine headaches. I like to eat almonds so now I have another reason to eat them since they help ease headaches.
Lack of calcium is a cause for headaches. You should eat foods rich in calcium. Yogurt is rich in calcium so it will ease your headache. I eat yogurt every now and again so this tip won’t be hard for me to follow.
Depending on your headache, spicy foods like salsa will help your head feel better. If you have a sinus headache, salsa will ease your congestion. It helps ease the pressure in your head allowing it to feel better.
