Returning My Terminal Heart to Normal in Less Than 90 Days
How I reversed a two week life expectancy caused by seven heart blocages and a leaking mitral valve through natural nutrients and measures. Making it happen through planned event progression and without surgery.
To learn our time is limited in life, home, work or marriage is when we need to look at our quality of life, where we are and what we have done to deserve that termination. Are we among those who are no more than just an ID, a superficial facade of a projected external image, or a living, thinking, selflessly caring and contributive presence? Which?
My Waterloo. An angiogram at thanksgiving 2008 showing seven blocked heart arteries and a leaking mitral valve. My life expectancy reduced to just two weeks unless I had immediate open heart surgery. Approaching age 82, it was not a prospect I could risk nor accept. I needed an alternative, less invasive, safer means of cure.
Returning home I reached out across the Globe for help. Support was encouraging and quick, with a host of cures and life strategies which have contributed considerably to my recovery. Especially a special composition of herbs and natural nutrients suggested by a Microbiology Professor in Malaysia. I still take it daily though I no longer need to.
I used the law of Cause and Effect to arrive at the results I needed. With planned event progression and a strict regimen of changes in lifestyle and food habits, my heart had fully recovered in less than 90 days. All tests have confirmed my successful recovery including cholesterol levels, blood pressure, weight and waist line down to safe levels.
Now back to normal and generations ahead in outlook, life strengths, capabilities and interests. Youthful in heart, mind, activity and spirit. I have shared my research, strategies and experience in three texts covering the different aspects of recovery. They are available on request together with supportive explorer series texts.
My knowledge and experience is not to be taken as medical advice. My recovery was largely due to my strict adherence to correction of past food and living habits which, if not followed would not have given me the same results. I strongly suggest that a qualified primary care physician be consulted about trying any of it.
I have literarily been a “work-in-progress” all through my life. Always seeking the new, the unusual and even the seemingly impossible. Working at strengthening myself in ability, performance and interaction with my World. Risking strange and unbeaten pathways, undaunted and undeterred by the false starts and expensive mistakes.
My fight to regain my health and strength also changed my life and outlook. No longer hankering for unhealthy food and habits as before. A new zest to my life, wanting more than the ordinary, the artificial and the superficial. Life is new and fresh for me. I am no longer resigned to life alone. To be half alive is not enough, I need the other half.
A life companion, a kindred spirit to share quiet times, golden oldies, far away places, exciting experiences. Sharing the good and the bad, never a dull moment in our lives again. Meeting needs, solving problems and caring for the less able. Going on our way, whatever we must contend with. Facing every challenge, making every moment count.
