Save Your Neck Before Its Too Late
Save your neck with really easy yoga exercise for people sitting in front of the computers and driving for long hours.
Nowadays its so common to sit in front of the computers for work or online business or otherwise that we never realize how strenious it could be once u start getting stiff neck or neck muscles injury.even if u are driving for long hours same symtoms can show up and In medical terms its called RSI ( repitative strain injury).if u have online business or u are a share market trader u need to sit in front of a computer for long period of time.thus its important to pay attention to your habits.it might start with a discomfort in your forearm and the back of the hand.(especially when mousing and typing.RSI problem can become as debilitating and serious problem if not addressed. All this could be avoided with proper work station ORGONOMICS.those who have heard the word know its meaning but unfortunatly most of us ignore it till its too late and most of us do not realize any thing is wrong till the time they start feeling the pain.if your posture is bad and on top of that u are typing fast that puts additional pressure on the forearms.if u are getting stiff neck now and then u are definiltly candidate for using orgonomics and learning how and what not to do YOGA can do wonders for this problem please try it.
So now we know the problem what can we do about it.learn orgonomic work station habits and posture habits and u may use hot and cold compresses if u have pain on the neck and do lot of stretchimg preferably every hour or so. do yoga as well which helps a lot in the long run.take care of yourselves before it becomes a nagging muscle injury you cannot correct later.who cares about making tons of money if you are in a nagging pain to enjoy it.

I have been having neck problems for a few days! those exercisers are good! I just watched the vid, did them and I feel better that I have for days!
