Scientists and our memory.

Vitamin B3, is contained in meat, fish, potatoes, cereals, improves memory and reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. To such conclusion scientists from the University of California at Irvine, says elidar.biz.
During the experiment, laboratory rodents were given drinking water supplemented with vitamin B3. The results showed that in mice significantly reduced the level of phosphorylated tau protein, which is associated with the development of Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, the mice showed the best test results in memory.
At the same time, scientists did not rule out that large amounts of vitamin B3 can be toxic, because the study of its impact on the body will continue.
