These are a list of seven proven ways to help get over the flu and to stay away from it.

1.       Blow you noses often:

This can relieve pressure and get out mucus in your head but avoid blowing to hard because then it may cause an earache.

2.       Get Plenty of Sleep:

Lying down and resting helps to save some energy so your body can direct that energy toward helping your immune system out.

3.       Drink Plenty of Liquids:

Doing this will allow your body to get rid of the toxins in your body.

4.       Take a nice hot shower:

When you take a shower the steam from the hot water will relax you and also moisturize your inflamed nasal passages.

5.       Place extra pillows under your head when Sleeping:

This will allow your nasal passages to get some relief and unclog.

6.       Exercise:

When you exercise it speeds up your bodies process for killing virus cells which will help you get over the flu quickly.

7.       Wash your hands:

This is the last way and is probably one of the most easiest things to do. Washing your hands allows all the germs and bacteria to get off your hands so they don’t go in your eyes or nose or mouth.
