Sexercise…time to Take Control

Sexercise is the new trend flying around right now, but for every woman it could be the most important exercise you do.

Sexercise is the new trend flying around right now, but for every woman it could be the most important exercise you do.

Ladies no need to feel guilty that you don’t make it to the gym every day.

You can get the exercise, enjoy the passion, let go of those tensions, tone up saggy tums, bums and thighs and feel great about yourself.

Sexercise is not an aerobics marathon and is easy for everyone to do. It concentrates on the all-important but frequently forgotten ‘pelvic floor muscles’ and the hips.

Image via Wikipedia

Most woman even those who have not had children will as they age get looser pelvic floor muscles, which could lead to other problems such as bladder incontinence. But not everyone is aware how easy it is to exercise these hidden muscles.

Sexercise aside for the moment, you can actually improve your pelvic floor muscles just by improving your posture.

It we all walked as if we had an invisible string coming from the top of our heads, we would immediately walk taller and pull in our bottoms and stomachs.

If we then imagine we had a zip that started between our legs at the back of the perineum (the smooth bit of skin in between the vagina and the anus) then imagine taking hold of that zip and slowly start to pull it up between our legs making our way up to the throat. As you do this tense and tighten each of the surrounding muscles, anus, vagina, bladder, stomach. If you make a point of doing this, as you are walking or waiting for a bus or doing your normal daily activities it will soon become your new posture.

Sexercise is another great way to tone and tighten all your core muscles and as long as you break a sweat and are breathing heavier, you are also giving your self a cardio work out and increasing your metabolic rate. Sex is good for the mind and for helping to build extra stamina and improve you mood. Sex is also great for getting ‘Rid’ of those headaches! So come on ladies, thrill your man and take charge of your own body.
