Sleep is an indispensable part of human life. Sleep is meant to refresh our body and mind. Quality sleep means which, we have continuous and uninterrupted. In general sleeping timing is meant at night. One who had sound sleep he/she will have good health. Good sleep makes feeling refreshed, alert and ready to face daily challenges. Sound sleep helps better human relationships in all aspects. Sound sleep is nothing but continuous and uninterrupted.

Sound sleep helps better human relationships in all aspects. Sound sleep is nothing but continuous and uninterrupted.

Following are the proved methods to get better and sound sleep:

1. Have a sex with your life partner and make yourself tired then go to bed

2. Take a warm bath to get better sleep

3. On laying on the bed, please read book, and newspaper.

4. By laying on the bed try to watch boring and dislike serial, movie, news etc.,

5. Listen religious speech, which will give a good sleep

6. Keep your bedroom clean, lightly dark, and spacious

7. Do exercise regularly

8. Get up early from the bed at morning time and go to bed on or

    before 11 p.m.

9. Take light supper and avoid junk food

10 Take food at right time

11. Don’t do think on a bad habit after laying on the bed. This will disturb          

       your sleep.

12. Strictly avoid alcohol and drink black grape juice one-hour earlier before

       go to bed

13.   If you need a daytime nap, limit it to 30 minutes
