If you are able to set a regular pattern to your sleep, when you go to bed, when you get up definitely helps as it trains the body into sleep mode.

Your article is very informational and of good content. It is true that without proper sleep, it causes health issues. In Epilepsy, sleep deprivation is a leading factor of grand mal seizures. I find it as a way for the body to take care of its owner in making someone rest. It is strange how we can control sleep and most of it take it for granted. Great job.
