And then, you came down the kitchen, looking as if someone has been cooking while you are sleeping. Later, you checked your safe in case any of your valuable things missing and luckily they don’t. You are totally confused by now. So, what went wrong here?

here is a possibility which might answer this. You might be a SLEEPWALKER. It could be terrifying in some way because you will never know what happened during your nocturnal experienced. The person being in this state has no recollection of what they do the night before. They can move around freely as in their wake but unconsciously. In some complex cases, a sleepwalker might go out of the house and during this state, they might do things that they are not normally do in their wake and right after that they can go back to sleep again. 

A few cases reported in the United States between 1846 through 1999 that sleepwalkers convicted with murdering their own relatives. And in some other case involved a sleepwalker endangered his own life. Sleepwalking is a serious disturbing behavior that if you are not aware of it earlier could somehow jeopardize your life. Once you noticed or suspected that you had been sleepwalking, it is advisable to get help from professionals.

Nowadays, it is easier to get help for those sleepwalkers. There are many online websites conducts by experts offering advises on how to tackle the problem. Before one seeks medical help, they could opt to change their environment and create their own routine sleep since the act of sleepwalking occurs when the person had not been sleeping peacefully. In addition, the sleepwalker should have a good rest first before going to bed so that the body and mind can relax. A relax body will fall easily into sleep as stress often be the cause of sleepwalking since you don’t sleep peacefully. Make a routine to sleep at a specific time and prior going to bed, take a relaxing bath and have some quite time by not engaging yourself with television shows which might excite the body and disturb the body relax state. If all options are not working, then it is time to seek medical help, as soon as possible.
