Swine Flu Pandemic, a Quick Fix

How to kill the swine flu bug before it kills you

This article specifies two very effective tips for combating and defeating the symptoms of the flu.

The makers of the Swine flu vaccine cannot keep up with the demand of millions who wish to be protected from the ravages of a dreaded disease. In the meantime there are ways to protect yourself while you wait your turn if you really feel the need to be vaccinated; however, these ways can also protect you and keep you feeling confident if you do not wish to be vaccinated.

Two tips to protect you from the H1N1 Flu Virus

Some people will line up for hours to be vaccinated, others will panic and rush to the emergency room at the first signs of a sniffle or runny nose.

The vaccination syndrome is making pharmaceutical companies rich. Doctors and health workers are finding a lucrative income and politicians are freeing up all kinds of extra cash as the fear factor intensifies.

There are other ways to protect yourself against viral contagious diseases but according to the medical pundits there is only one way; vaccination with a needle.

Of course, they want you to get vaccinated

The entire medical profession will give you free tips on how to protect yourself like; wash your hands often with traditional soap not antibacterial soap because the swine flu, like any seasonal flu, is a virus — not bacteria.

They tell you to wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze and to use effective alcohol-based hand cleaners or (other hand sanitizers if soap, water or an alcohol-based cleaner isn’t available.)

Why wash your hands at all? The germ is in the air and it enters through the nose and mouth when we breathe.

Cover your nose and mouth they will say with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it and if you don’t have a tissue handy, cough or sneeze into your upper arm, not your hands.

They suggest that you avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth, and that you steer clear of sick people.

Notice that all the advice is of a non-competitive nature from a financial perspective.

Medical care is big business as big as you can get. There are other ways to protect you from getting the Swine flu but these are quickly snuffed out by the mighty giants of the medical and pharmaceutical industries because alternative methods are against their interests.

They label natural supplements as fraudulent or to use their favorite expression “unapproved products,” unapproved by whom? By them of course…………..

OK enough knocking the rich medical profession. Now it’s time for two tips to protect you from becoming infected:

Influenza is spread when an infected person sneezes or coughs around other people. Particles are passed through the air where they will infect those with whom they come in contact. If an infected person uses a telephone, the infection can also be passed on to the next person to use the phone.

In other words if you get a viral flu infection it will be in the mouth or in the nose.

Tip No. 1. Insulate your mouth

Use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to clean your teeth.

A box of baking soda and a bottle of Hydrogen peroxide will cost you less than two dollars and will last you for a month or more.

Mix a small amount of baking soda and Hydrogen peroxide into a paste and use it to brush your teeth morning and night, if you do happen to have the flu germs this simple tooth cleaning method will kill them before they can mutate and become a problem.

Tip No. 2. Insulate your nose

A viral infection means it is in the air and you will breathe it into your nose.

Dip your small finger into a little hydrogen peroxide and wash the insides of your nostrils, you can even sniff up the liquid further into your nose for added protection.

Do this morning and night.

There will be a momentary slight burning sensation which quickly dissipates.

Hydrogen peroxide is the enemy of all germs whether bacteria or viral and a very effective tool against contagious diseases.

The medical profession is aware of these cures and if they oppose them it is because they could never compete with the grocery store’s prices.

Be sure to read the label on the bottle of Hydrogen peroxide and before you try the two tips ask your doctor for his honest opinion.
