Tenis Elbow

It is the pain felt on outer side of the elbow, because of wrong mechanics of work, repeated activities.

In this condition muscle named extensor carpi radialis brevis is get affected.  Here pain increased with repeated activities involving this muscle. Here individual should avoid with lifting heavy weights with affected hand. Wringing cloths, fixing screws like activities to be avoided where pull of the muscle is getting increased.  As a result pain is increased.

If you have pain on outer side of elbow and if it increases with activities described above it should be medically diagnosed before condition gets worst.  It is not condition which can happen only to players, even normal public who are not involve in sports activities can have this problem.

  Here treatment follows with pain killers. You can even  go with physiotherapy treatment, which involves application of ultrasound and ice massage. Follow with exercises which will strengthen your muscles  and will help in avoiding  this condition again.
