The Benefits of Black Tea
Drinking black tea is very useful for our health.
Black tea is made from the same plant with green tea, oolong tea and white tea, from leaves of tea (Camellia sinensis). The difference is only on processing. The black tea is oxidized fully. That’s why black tea is often mentioned as oxidized tea or fermentation tea.
Black tea contains caffeine, fluoride, flavonoids, teofilin, antioxidant and others. Like green tea, drinking black tea has so many advantages for health.
