The Dangers of Smoking
Do something for your future and quit smoking today.
Smoking can be a costly affair. Both for your health and for your pocket. Smokers spend a lot of money every ear to basically try and kill themselves.
Smoking is associated with diseases like:
Heart disease
Cancers of the lung, larynx, oral cavity, and esophagus
Chronic bronchitis
Emphysema
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
To realize how much smoking damages your lungs you should take into account the fact that it takes 15 yeas for a former smoker’s lungs to regenerate and for the risk of lung cancer to drop to the level of a non smoker.
You should also keep in mind that passive smoking is a big risk for those around you. Do you really want your kids to inhale all those nasty toxic substances?
So why not make a huge step to increase your health and QUIT SMOKING TODAY?
