Breakfast! I believe each of us believe that breakfast is so important for us before we start our day. But even though we know that it is important, some of us still don’t try to have it. These are some reasons:

Don’t eat too much carbohydrates as your breakfast
In the morning, simple carbohydrates from cereal, bread or rice will suddenly increase the level of the glucose in our blood. It causes our body to release a big amount of insulin. The result is the decrease in the level of glucose in our blood and the needs to eat more carbohydrates. This cycles will repeat 2-3 times a day. And the cycles of the increase and decrease of glucose in our blood will make our pancreas work harder and make it weaker. This is one of the main reason that causes diabetes, hypertency and increase in body weight.
When you decide no to have your breakfast, the level of the glucose in your blood will drop under the normal level. You will fill hungry and the decrease of energy level in your body will cause your body to shake. In the end, you will consume simple carbohydrates to get a quick increase of the glucose in your blood as the simple way to overcome your hunger and the drop of energy level you experienced. Again, this simple carbohydrates will cause a rapid increase of the glucose in your blood and your body will release a big amount of insulin. Insulin will take the extra glucose in our blood and turn it into fat. The result is the decrease of the glucose in your blood and the needs to eat more carbohydrates. This cycles repeats 2 – 3 time a day. And these cycles will make our pancreas work harder and make it weaker. This is the reason why we have diabetes, hypertency and increase in body weight.
The breakfast that contains proteins and nutrients will supply our body with the nutrients we need and also energy without increasing the glucose in our blood and the insulin. This kind of breakfast will avoid us from our needs to consume more carbohydrates in a day. In this way we can control our appetite and the needs to eat foods that contain carbohydrates will decrease. As the result, our body will use the extra fat stored in our body as the source of energy. The body weight will not increase and usually tends to decrease. You will feel healthier, fit, energic and fresh, because you can control your needs to snacking.
