Colds and flu can make you feel very unwell depending on the type of viruses that can enter your body. Sometimes, a cold can last a day or two due to the fact that they stay around the nose and the throat. However, those which make it to the lungs can last for several weeks and make you feel worse.

1)   Take out all that green mucus

When you are ill, your nose is often blocked by a lot of mucus which holds most of the viruses that linger in your body. It is a good idea to blow all that mucus out of your nose instead of sniffing it inside which means the viruses enter your body again. Use Vix vapour Rub on your nose, this makes it easier for you to breathe!

2)   Lie down and chill

Keeping your body at rest can help fight the viruses! Most of the energy that you save will be used in the immune system! The immune system is a part of the body which is made up of cells, organs and tissues which help fight all the nasty bugs that enter our body!
