Food is important to get energy to do our regular activities.

To have healthy life take meals at right time

 

Meals: Three times a day is essential to all.  Everyone should know how important the food is?

Breakfast: This is as essential as this helps the mind and body to get strength. You will be looking tired and your mind will not cope up the daily and regular activities if you skip breakfast.

There is a false belief that skipping the breakfast will reduce the obesity.  

There is a saying goes “Take breakfast like a lion”.  Your breakfast should contain all essential nutrients, vitamins etc.,

                             So, Don’t Skip ‘Breakfast’

 

 Lunch: Have to have lunch at right time, as lunch helps you to work with full of energy. Add more and more vegetables in lunch.  Fruits are good for health. After lunch make a habit of eating fruits.

                              So, Take Lunch at Right Time

 

Supper: Supper helps you to get better sleep. Research shows take supper with a family to have a get together. This will lead better prospects in family to understand each other and helps to share feelings and can maintain harmony with family members.

Research shows that to overcome from obesity, please have your food between 7 pm to 7.30. pm

 

                               So, Take Supper with Family
