1) Nuts – nuts have a lot of calories so one should eat them in moderation, but nuts contain hight amount of monosaturated fats, which is good for health. They lower the cholestrol level and lower the chances of heart diseases. So chew on those almonds and cashews.
2) Onions – yeah onions, that make you go teary eyed. They are found to lower cholestrol level and blood pressure. Onion and garlic have antibacterial properties that help in fighting bacteria. One of the common methods used to relieve from cold is to fry garlic in mustard oil and then rub the oil on feet and chest.
3)Oily fish – eat in moderation and you will have a healthy heart. They have unsaturated fatty acids that is beneficial for a healthy body – lowering the risk of heart disease, brain damage, strok or dementia.
