Treat Tonsillitis The Sore Throat with Natural Remedies
Tonsillitis is the inflammation of the tonsils and is a part of our immune system. Tonsils are situated at the back of the throat, on each side of the tongue. Usually, tonsils do their job well, when a person’s immune system is weak, the bacteria or viruses get into the tonsils. As a result, tonsils become so overwhelmed by bacterial or viral infection that they swell and become inflamed, causing tonsillitis. Strep throat and tonsillitis are similar/alike. It is a swelling within the tonsil; it becomes red and inflamed, shows white spots on the surface. 1). Symptoms: difficulty in breathing due to enlarged tonsils. If your symptoms persist, consult a doctor immediately.

5). Lemon Tea: cup of hot ginger tea, two drops of lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey, drink it while hot. It soothes your throat and controls the itchiness in the throat and stops dry cough

left thumb, breath in with right nostril. Than release the thumb from left nostril, close the right, release,
or breath out from left nostril, do this alternate for 6 times it is very effective, it helps relieve tension from your body. Repeat this 6 times daily, morning, evening or whenever you find time. No specific posture required.

I think you mentioned okra in another article of yours. Can’t do okra – never liked it; never will. So I suppose I’ll have to try the other things, instead.
