What Can You Do If You Have EP?
While enlarged prostate is not something men like to talk about, or see their doctor about, it is very important that they seek medical attention if they have symptoms.
Most males are horrified at the thought of going to the doctor to have a prostrate examination, for that matter any kind of check up between the belly button and the top of their thighs; causes them to panic.
Let’s be realistic and honest, it is necessary after a certain age for both men and woman to have certain check ups and for one, a prostrate examination is one of them. There are symptoms such as a constant need to urinate, only to trickle, while someone else may think they are finished only to have urine trickle down their leg; both are signs that you need to speak to your doctor. If your doctor does inform you that your prostrate is slightly enlarged, there are things that you can do to manage your symptoms.
Avoid certain beverages is one of the key things to avoid, especially just before going to bed; such as caffeine, and alcohol, but even water can have you getting up during the night several times. Caffeine along with alcohol increases the body’s need to urinate, while drinking water before going to bed just adds more liquid to the bladder.

Some of the other things that you can do to keep your prostrate in check are naturally to eat right and stay active; men who suffer from obesity tend to be at a higher risk for an enlarged prostate. Holistic practitioners are finding that including soy/tofu to your daily diet just may lower the amount of the hormone that causes this problem.
Maintain a sexually active lifestyle is not only enjoyable but very health men since ejaculation has been found to reduce the risk of EP, as strength the penis muscles; now that is a lifestyle change no man would complain about.
