How to get rid of nausea and vomiting.

Opt for drugs 

Metoclopramide, Scobutil, Emetiral, Cerucal, Motilium, charcoal and sugar are just some of the drugs useful in case of nausea and vomiting. From the first moment you feel these symptoms, take one of these drugs quickly and stay quiet until they begin to take effect. 

Watch your diet 

It would be good for at least two hours to not eat any food, and when you get hungry, choose vegetable soups or just white rice in any way sweets or fats. Also, beware of odors of any kind (even if it’s perfume) so that they can enhance your feeling sick. 

Drink water 

Vomiting often lead to dehydration, so it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (water, tea, juices - Exclusive alcohol and fizzy drinks or high in chemicals and dyes). Water, with a slice of lemon or unsweetened mint tea are two very good options. 

Rest 

In moments when you feel bad, you’d better lie in bed and worry. If you manage to sleep for at least an hour is even better. Physical rest will help you quickly mess up, so let whatever you do and take a break in bed. 

Eat citrus 

Lemon juice is one of the best remedies when they have nausea. Squeeze a lemon and mix the juice with a glass of water result. Drink lemonade which may have added a fresh mint leaf. In a few moments you will feel better. 

Eat pickles 

Pickles and sour foods are usually recommended when you have vomiting. Out of the closet a jar of pickles and eat at least half a cucumber or Gogonea, especially if you are hungry, and options are rather limited. Results will feel fast enough.
