A Fun and Effective Work-Out
I have always been looking for work-outs which were fun. But as many people probably know: that’s not always easy.
Usually I don’t really believe in Tel-Sell products. The people on Tel-Sell act like what they’re selling is some wonder machine and the effects are very implausable. And often it’s very expensive and in the fitness section it only works on a limited area of your body.
But now I’ve found somthing that I really like: Zumba. It’s actually just dancing. Since I’m doing it, i have got so much more energy and I’ve lost 4.41 pounds in 2 weeks. The first week I did Zumba every day for 20 minutes and the second week I did it 40 minutes every day. I also don’t want to eat unhealthy things anymore and it’s very cheap compared to other Tel-Sell products.
Zumba contains different South American dance-styles in the form of body sculpting movements. A few examples of the many dance styles are:
- Cumbia: A Colombian musical style with folk dance consisting of a mix of Spanish and African music.
- Merengue: A Latin-American dance and musical style with lots of hip-movements.
- Salsa: A dance-style with a lot of arm-movement and basic steps for the legs.
- Reggaetón: A dance and musical style influenced by the styles Reggae and Hip-hop.
- Rumba: A dance and musical style originally from Africa with lots of hip-movements.
- Calypso: An Afro-Carribea dance and musical style.
