Best Time to Workout
Work your heart out when you workout.
I am often been asked which is the best time to workout, Morning or Evening?
You can train anytime you feel the most comfortable. It’s better simply to follow your body and work out when you best feel like it. If you are not a morning person then it’s not a great idea to force yourself since your work out will not be the very best.
I prefer mornings for a variety of reasons, but probably most of all is that I have the entire day to feed and recuperate my muscles from the morning workout and not miss my workout in case of any emergency during the course of the day.
Note* theoretically, the best time for a man to work out is in the morning when his testosterone levels are highest. But you got to do it when you feel its best for you.
