Some bodybuilding Tips for beginners.

Warm up:

In order to start bodybuilding you will first need to warm up and pump your body so it gets ready to lift weights. Doing a warm up is necessary to start bodybuilding, the warm up exercises includes Sit ups, Dips, Pull ups, Curls, Squats, Jogging and Chin ups. etc. Once the warm up is done you are pumped up and ready to start bodybuilding.

Lifting Heavy or Light Weight:

Lifting the right amount of weights is necessary as everyone should lift the amount that they can life easily use, as every new bodybuilder should start with the lightest weight than slowly after a week he should raise the amount of weight that is essential for him as lifting more than you can could be dangerous, as you can harm yourself.

Support:

It is better to body build with a friend or mate as it is easier to lift heavier weight with someone else as a supporter as you can do more reps with more weight than you can do alone.

Resting:

Taking rest after a set is necessary as you can not keep lifting weights continuously and therefore need to rest, if you do short reps like 12-15 you can rest for at least 3-4 minutes and if you take longer reps like 30-40 you can rest for 1-2 minutes, I know that it sounds awkward but when you do more reps your body becomes used to the exercise and does not need to rest long as it bounces back for more.

Proper diet:

Proper diet is necessary to keep your body in shape as you can not eat anything with too many calories, the proper diet includes this meal: egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 slice low fat cheese, 3oz oats, 1 banana, 1 cup of low fat milk, 1 scoop whey protein powder.

Note:

Do not body build after eating as you will need a gap of minimum 2 hours in order to start bodybuilding after meals.

Follow these tips when bodybuilding and you will slowly see the result.
